Due to increased work load we require a skilled CNC Miller programmer, setter operator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience using Heidenhain or Fanuc controls
• Good understanding of 3, 4 and 5 axis machines
• Knowledge of Aerospace engineering
• Knowledge of Bridgeport, DMG, YCM and Hedelius machines is advantageous.
• A strong team ethic and willingness to communicate effectively with your peers.

Additional overtime maybe offered Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings where required. Flexibility around the core start, finish times and early finish on Fridays. We offer 25 days holiday, overtime at competitive rates and an annual bonus scheme linked to company profits and performance targets.

Due to increased work load we require a skilled and knowledgeable Quality Inspector to join our Quality Control team on our Night Shift (hours 17.30 to 02.00).

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive knowledge of Quality Control techniques

• Understand complicated engineering drawings, including geometric dimensioning and tolerances

• Be able to confidently use and operate the company’s measurement equipment

• Willing to undertake or collaborate with defect root cause and analysis and suggest appropriate mitigation and preventative measures

• Knowledge of manufacturing and production processes

• Worked within the Aerospace industry and have knowledge of the requirements of AS9100

• Experience generating First Article Inspections reports to AS9102 rev C
